Dr. Phil on his TELEVISION program says that LIFE REWARDS ACTION. That s in fact one of his life rules.
Tony Robbins often states that we must TAKE MASSIVE ACTION.

Fear looks like a very genuine reason to stop action. Lots of people have all types of worries, and often times these fears stop us in out tracks.
Virtually all of us have fears, and some are rational worries, such as entering a high crime rate community late during the night on your own. That s a fairly rational worry. You must hesitate to do that.
And some aren t quite as logical. We understand which ones these are.
There is a simple process that you can follow that often helps taking care of fear.
When worry is stopping your action, take a cognitive strategy.
\*\* BEGINNING BY ASKING YOURSELF QUESTIONS \*\*.
CONCERN # 1: What is the worst possible result of your action, in this circumstance? What do you really fear?
Perhaps you ll lose your job, or lose the lady or man of your dreams. Possibly the discussion won t work out, or possibly you re afraid that you will just look bad. Take a hard look at your fear. Is it justified? It is logical? Can you deal with the result?
QUESTION # 2: Ask yourself exactly what you can accomplish by taking this action. What are the advantages? What is the very best possible result?
QUESTION # 3: Now, the final step. Ask yourself the following question:.
Does the advantage exceed the danger? If the answer is a frustrating no, then wear t do it. If the answer is yes, take the action. Move ahead.
